We offer a professional sampling service package to initiate your project. While we do not charge a per-unit sample fee, we require a Project Discussion & International Shipping Fee ($80 USD/product). This comprehensive fee covers custom formulation development, professional package recommendations, and a one-time free sampling batch, ensuring your private label product starts with the right foundation.
2. How many samples will I receive, and what is the R&D lead time?
Our dedicated R&D lab services typically require 7–14 calendar days for sample development, depending on the complexity of the formula. To ensure your team can conduct thorough stability and sensory testing, we provide 5 SKU-equivalent units per sample batch for your comprehensive evaluation.
3. Can I provide my own formulation or specific cosmetic ingredients?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke formulation manufacturing and accept client-provided formulas or designated raw materials to maximize your product’s unique market positioning. To maintain our ISO & GMP safety standards, all client-supplied materials must be accompanied by a COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). Our QA/QC team will conduct rigorous verification to ensure compatibility and final product stability.
4. What if the initial formulation sample doesn't meet my expectations?
BIOCROWN prides itself on high formulation flexibility. If the initial samples require fine-tuning, our R&D experts will perform in-depth optimization and adjustments based on your specific feedback regarding texture, scent, or efficacy. Our goal is to refine your signature formula until it perfectly aligns with your brand vision and target market needs.
